Shipping & Returns USPS / UPS / FedEx Our normal shipper is USPS Ground. We may on occasion use UPS Ground or US Mail at our option. If you want or don't want, a specific shipper to be used please let us know and we will accommodate you if we can. On most transaction we use charge a flat rate but on heavy items we calculate shipping by total weight. The weight shown in the shipping information may not reflect the actual weight of the package. That figure is used by the system to calculate the total shipping fee. In some cases the calculated shipping is not correct. You will be notified of any shipping fee errors before the item ships if that is the case. Free Shipping Some items are marked Free Shipping. The shipping method for Free Shipping is normally USPS Ground but may be UPS or FedEx at our option. If you prefer some other shipping method, please let us know and we can quote you any additional fees associated with that shipping mode. NOTICE: We only ship to US addresses. If you live outside the US contact me via email to verify if shipment can be made. Some fly tying material can not be shipped across borders. Returns No returns without prior approval. Customer is responsible for return shipping and a restocking fee.
